According to provisions of articles I, II, III, V of the Law No. 304 of 30.11.2018 on modification of some legal acts concerning changes in the Art. 124 part (14) the Tax code No. 1163/1997; the Art. 28 Item z) and Item 11 of notes to appendix No. 2 of the Law No. 1380/1997 on customs tariff; Art. 20 of the Customs code No. 1149/2000, and also according to provisions of the Order of the Government No. 86 of 11.02.2019 about modification of the Regulations on procedure for application of tax and customs privileges when importing vehicles of special purpose approved by the Order of the Government No. 474/2016, which becomes effective from 15:02. 2019, and according to Item 8 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of Customs Service approved by the Order of the Government No. 4 of 2.01.2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3-5 to the Art. 15), and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting I ORDER:
