According to the paragraph of the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, to the subitem 21 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 360, for the purpose of enhancement of activities of Items of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine and conditions of keeping in them of foreigners and stateless persons I ORDER the thirteenth:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for content of foreigners and stateless persons in Items of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 29, 2016 No. 141, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 19, 2016 for No. 748/28878 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To management of interaction with the Public migratory service of Ukraine the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Kovalevskaya I. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
