The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 7, 2018 No. 808 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2019 - 2021" the following changes and amendments:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2019 - 2021, including for 2019 in the following amounts:
1) the income - 10 452 544 581 thousand tenges, including on:
to tax revenues - 6 859 679 761 thousand tenges;
to non-tax receipts - 119 822 186 thousand tenges;
to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 6 884 960 thousand tenges;
to receipts of transfers - 3 466 157 674 thousand tenges;
2) costs - 11 461 352 695 thousand tenges;
3) net budget crediting - 199 375 848 thousand tenges, including:
budget credits - 315 403 588 thousand tenges;
repayment of budget credits - 116 027 740 thousand tenges;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 156 451 524 thousand tenges, including:
acquisition of financial assets - 156 451 524 thousand tenges;
5) budget deficit--1 364 635 486 thousand tenges, or percent 2,1 to country gross domestic product;
6) not oil budget deficit--5 445 623 486 thousand tenges, or percent 8,5 to country gross domestic product;
7) budget deficit financing - 1 364 635 486 thousand tenges.";

"37-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets on implementation of actions on social and engineering infrastructure in rural settlements within the Auyl — Ate Bes_g _ project according to appendix 37-1 to this resolution;
37-2) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on wages increase of separate categories of administrative government employees according to appendix 37-2 to this resolution;
37-3) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on provision of state grants to young entrepreneurs for realization of the new business ideas within the State program of support and business development "The road map of business-2020" according to appendix 37-3 to this resolution;";
41) to state the subitem in the following edition:
