1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disability without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists who are called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve, No. 975 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 6, by Art. 161; 2017, No. 43, the Art. 1341, No. 94, the Art. 2845), changes which are applied.
2. Financing of the expenses connected with payment of the one-time monetary assistance in 2019 is made at the expense of the means provided in the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019 for the Ministry of Defence, other central executive bodies having in the subordination military forming and law enforcement agencies, prospecting bodies.
