About modification of some legal acts

This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106/1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself responsibility the Government before Parliament.

Art. I. - In the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item and) parts (Article 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"a) information on employment relationships for establishment of the social and medical rights represented by employers to the State Tax Administration in the form and procedure approved by the Ministry of Finance;".

2. Item е) parts (Article 10 to state 2) in the following edition:

"e) provide to the State Tax Administration information on employment relationships for establishment of the social and medical rights in the form and procedure approved by the Ministry of Finance till 10 working days from the date of employment or the change / termination of employment relationships, the publication of the order on provision of child care leave or leave on paternity.".

Art. II. - In article 5 of the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to add 1) with Item е) the following content: "e) in departure from Item and) employers who during month under report do not calculate fees of social insurance and who have no workers shall not submit the report on income tax withholding, fees of compulsory medical insurance and assessed contributions of compulsory national social insurance for the corresponding month.";
