1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2015 No. 240 "About establishment of samples of the electronic documents containing the personal data of physical persons about guardianship and custody entered by local executive and administrative organs in the register of the population" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of third of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 418-Z "About the register of the population" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. to exclude from Item 1 of the word "to this resolution";
1.3. in appendix to this resolution:
add Item 2 samples with 1 subitem 2.5-1 of the following content:
