Based on the paragraph of third of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 418-Z "About the register of the population" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish samples of the electronic documents containing the personal data of physical persons about guardianship and custody entered by local executive and administrative organs in the register of the population according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
