1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 1001/2011 about enforcement of provisions of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 238-242, 1100) to make the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

Item b) to add with the following line item:

"9. Agency of public property";

2) in Item and) parts II line item "1." To exclude the agency of public property.

2. Appendix No. 1 of the Order of the Government No. 266/2016 about the list of deconcentrated public services of the ministries and other central administrative authorities or subordinated to the ministries and other central administrative authorities (2016, Art. No. 59-67, 302) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the following line item:

"The agency of public property   -    Territorial subdivisions"
