Bring in Item 9 of the Regulations on the Coordination center for ensuring implementation of the new market of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2017 No. 559 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 66, Art. 1955; 2018, No. 36, the Art. 1265), changes which are applied.

"The coordination center can make decisions by holding absentee voting (poll). The decision on holding meeting of the Coordination center by correspondence voting (poll) is made by the chairman or the vice-chairman about what in writing not later than three working days before date of meeting the notification to members of the Coordination center goes.
In case of holding meeting of the Coordination center by correspondence voting (poll) the secretariat of the Coordination center by means of electronic or fax connection or it is direct:
provides acquaintance of members of the Coordination center with materials (to agenda questions) meetings of the Coordination center;
