About formation of the Coordination center for ensuring introduction of the new market of electrical energy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form the Coordination center for ensuring introduction of the new market of electrical energy in structure according to appendix.

2. Approve Regulations on the Coordination center for ensuring introduction of the new market of electrical energy which are applied.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2014 No. 530 "About creation of the Coordination center for ensuring implementation of new market model of the electric power" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 83, the Art. 2355);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 539 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2014 No. 530" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 62, the Art. 2016).

Regulations on the Coordination center for ensuring introduction of the new market of electrical energy

1. The coordination center for ensuring introduction of the new market of electrical energy (further - the Coordination center) is the temporary advisory advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine formed for the purpose of approval of actions of public authorities, organizations, organizations and subjects of managing for ensuring introduction of the new market of electrical energy, preparation of offers and recommendations of the measures connected with introduction of the new market of electrical energy and control of acceptance of such measures according to the Law of Ukraine "About electricity market".

2. In the activities the Coordination center is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of the Coordination center are:

1) assistance to implementation of coordinated actions of public authorities, organizations, organizations and subjects of managing concerning implementation of the new market of electrical energy;

2) preparation of offers and recommendations the about measures connected with introduction of the new market of electrical energy;

3) control of taking measures, connected with introduction of the new market of electrical energy.

4. The coordination center according to the tasks assigned to it:

1) provides preparation of the actions plan on implementation of the new market of electrical energy, approves scheduled plans of its accomplishment;

2) is provided by approval of actions plans on implementation of the new market of electrical energy;

3) hears information which arrived from public authorities, NKREKP (under approval), organizations, the organizations and subjects of managing, about condition of taking measures, connected with introduction of the new market of electrical energy;

4) prepares offers on updating of actions plans on implementation of the new market of electrical energy regarding determination of measures and terms of their accomplishment;

5) is carried out by the analysis of introduction of the new market of electrical energy and origins of problems in the course of its implementation and in case of need prepares relevant proposals;

6) is carried out by monitoring of condition of accomplishment by public authorities, organizations, organizations and subjects of managing of the tasks assigned to them on implementation of the new market of electrical energy and in case of failure to carry out of such tasks by them addresses the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning adoption of relevant decisions;

7) is represented the offer and recommendations about acceptance by public authorities, by NKREKP (under approval), organizations, the organizations and subjects of managing of the measures connected with introduction of the new market of electrical energy;

8) provides project development of regulatory legal acts on the questions which are within its competence;

9) participates in project development of regulatory legal acts on the questions which are within its competence, and, if necessary, relevant proposals;
