About introduction of amendments to article 22/5 of the Law on creative specialists and the creative unions No. 21/2013
This organic law is adopted based on article 106/1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.
Art. I. - Article 22/5 of the Law on creative specialists and the creative unions No. 21/2013 (2013, Art. No. 64-68, 201), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4) the following content:
"(4) the Receivers of benefit for the merits which are awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" who are citizens of the Republic of Moldova, living in the territory of the Republic of Moldova which establishes pension entitlement or the public social benefit in other state have the right to monthly personal public welfare payment for special merits before the state in the amount of 500 lei. Monthly personal public welfare payment before the state is paid for special merits from the government budget by National cash desk of social insurance.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
