The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of assessment of requests, final offers of procurement participants of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1085 "About approval of Rules of assessment of requests, final offers of procurement participants of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, Art. 6428; 2016, No. 13, Art. 1824; No. 44, Art. 6137; No. 47, Art. 6661).
2. The changes approved by this resolution do not extend to purchases, notices on which implementation are placed, in unified information system in the field of purchases about day of entry into force of this resolution or the invitation to take part in which (drafts contract on purchases) are directed about day of entry into force of this resolution.
