About modification of the Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
According to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", to the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2000 No. 988 "About creation of expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", to the subitem 20 of Item 11 and the subitem 11 of Item 11-2 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 3, 2015 No. 1343, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 for No. 1390/27835 (with changes) which are applied.
2. - to the head of Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Teplitsky B. B. to provide to the director of the State research expert and criminalistic center submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
