About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2008 No. 87
Based on part thirteen of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out pretrip and other physical examinations of drivers of wheel tractors and self-propelled machines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2008 No. 87 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 123, 8/18804; 2011, No. 5, 8/23127), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in part two of Item 5 of the word "The Driver Shall Carry Out" shall be replaced with words "Are carried out by the driver";
1.2. the second Item 7 and part the second Item 8 to exclude part;
1.3. in Item 9 of the word", it is strung together and under seal" shall be replaced with words "and it is strung together";
1.4. to add appendices 1 and 2 after the word "middle name" with words "(if that is available)".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
