About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2014 No. 1185

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on medico-rehabilitation commissions of experts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2014 No. 1185, the following changes:

1.1. to add part one of item 4 with the words "in coordination with the Minister of Health";

1.2. to add Item 5 after the paragraph of third with the paragraph of the following content:

"departments of quality evaluation of delivery of health care;";

1.3. add the Provision with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. Departments of quality evaluation of delivery of health care are created for:

implementation of quality evaluation of delivery of health care and medical examinations according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Health;

developments of actions for the prevention, timely identification and remedial action in case of delivery of health care and conducting the medical examinations and the reasons promoting their origin;

rendering the methodical help of health care to the organizations, other organizations which along with the main activities perform medical activities according to the procedure, established by the legislation, concerning quality evaluation of delivery of health care and conducting medical examinations;

implementation of other powers, stipulated by the legislation.";

1.4. to state paragraph two of Item 11 in the following edition:

"submit for consideration of management of the Ministry of Health, management of health care, Healthcare Committee of the offer on quality evaluation of delivery of health care and conducting medical examinations;".
