RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About medico-rehabilitation commissions of experts and medical examinations

Based on part of the twenty second Article 34, of part three of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of third Item 285 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on medico-rehabilitation commissions of experts (are applied);

The regulations on conducting medico-social examination (are applied);

The regulations on procedure of independent medical examination (are applied);

Rules of determination of extent of loss of professional working capacity as a result of labor accidents and occupational diseases (are attached).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 23, 2021.
