About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item 1) article 5 of the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 460), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in subitems and) - c) to "the disabled spouses who did not enter new scrap" and the word "disabled" to exclude words;

Art. II. - In the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Article 1 of the word "in Items 7) and 8)" shall be replaced with words "in Items 3), 5), 7) and 8)".
2. In part (1) Article 2:
in Item 3) the word "disabled", the words "from among the military personnel and officers of information and safety" and the words "not entered repeated scrap" to exclude;
in Item 4) to exclude the words "from among the military personnel and officers of information and safety";
in Item 5) of the word "disabled parents of participants (from among the military personnel and officers of information and safety)" shall be replaced with words "parents of participants", and words "the disabled parents consisting divorced," - words of "the parents consisting divorced".
Art. III. - In the Law on veterans No. 190/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (2) Article 12 to recognize invalid.
2. Item and) Article 13 to state in the following edition:
"a) provision of monthly public welfare payments on the conditions established by the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001;".
3. In Article 15:
