1. Approve the Changes in Requirements to software products which are used in the stock market, and to the software of the automated, information and information and telecommunication systems intended for implementation of professional activity in the stock market, depository activity of Central Securities Depository approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 2, 2012 No. 1342, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2012 for No. 1760/22072 (with changes).
2. To department of information technologies () provide Fomenko E.:
submission of this decision for implementation of examination on compliance to provisions of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the Commission.
