About modification of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

Bring in the Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2012 No. 390 "About fire prevention regime" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 19, Art. 2415; 2016, No. 40, Art. 5733; 2018, No. 3, Art. 553), following changes:
a) add Item 78 with the paragraph of the following content:
"It is forbidden to use the fire-proof mineralized strips under construction of different constructions and subsidiary structures, and also for warehousing of combustible materials, garbage, waste of wood, construction and other combustible materials.";
b) in Item 213 of the word "and roadside strips" to exclude.
