1. Approve the enclosed standard of the state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices".

2. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears territorial departments of Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through office of the service provider.

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the date of giving of document package to the service provider - 10 (ten) working days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - issue of the notification on registration, removal from accounting of the dangerous technical device.

7. The state service to physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel) appears free of charge.

8. The working schedule of the service provider - Monday through Friday from 9:00 till 18:30 o'clock, lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Documents acceptance and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock.

The state service is rendered in turn, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing.

9. List of the documents necessary for rendering the state service in case of the address of uslugopoluchatel (or his representative by proxy):

1) the statement for registration and removal from accounting of the dangerous technical device in forms according to appendices 1 and 2 to this standard of the state service;

3) the passport of the vessel working under pressure, copper (the autonomous boiler superheater, the economizer), copper, the pipeline, the crane, the elevator, the elevator in forms according to appendices 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, 8 and 9 these standards of the state service.

Chapter 3. Procedure for appeal of decisions, actions (failure to act) of service providers and (or) their officials concerning rendering the state services

10. For appeal of decisions, actions (failure to act) of the service provider and (or) his officials concerning rendering the state services the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the service provider to the address specified in Item 12 of this standard of the state services.

The claim is submitted in writing by mail, by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" or purposely through office of the service provider.

In the claim of uslugopoluchatel:

physical person - its surname, name, middle name (in the presence), the postal address are entered;

the legal entity - its name, the postal address, reference number and date.

The claim is signed by uslugopoluchatel.

Confirmation of adoption of the claim is its registration (stamp, the entering number and date) in office of the service provider with indication of surname, name, middle names (in the presence) and initials of person which accepted the claim, term and the place of receipt of the answer to the made complaint.

The motivated answer about results of consideration of the claim goes to uslugopoluchatel by mail, by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" or is issued purposely in office of the service provider.

In case of disagreement with results of the rendered state service the uslugopoluchatel can address with the claim to authorized body by assessment and control of quality of rendering the state services.

The claim of uslugopoluchatel which arrived to authorized body by assessment and control of quality of rendering the state services is subject to consideration within fifteen working days from the date of its registration.

11. In disagreement cases with results of the rendered state service, the uslugopoluchatel takes a legal action in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 4. Other requirements taking into account features of rendering the state service

12. Addresses of places of rendering the state service are placed on Internet resources: comprom.miid.gov.kz.

13. Contact telephone numbers of service desks concerning rendering the state service are placed on Internet resource of the service provider: comprom.miid.gov.kz.
