According to Item 2 of Powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation and rates for separate types of products, goods and services (appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 1548) and to the paragraph to the fourth the subitem 33 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, I ORDER to No.:
1. Bring in the rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 20, 2018 No. 184, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 10, 2018 for No. 577/32029, the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
in Item 1 "(Sections II, III, IV)" to exclude the word and figures;
in the second offer of Item 7 of the word "also it is rounded" to exclude;
in Item 12 of the word "generally, reserved seat and compartment" shall be replaced with words "in compartment, reserved seat and general";
add the Section with new Item 17 of the following content:
"17. Final fare of passengers, luggage transport and cargo baggage is rounded by the following rules:
the amount which comes to an end from 1 to 4 kopeks is rounded towards reduction to the next number terminating on 0;
the amount which comes to an end from 5 to 9 kopeks is rounded towards increase up to the next number terminating on 0.";
