1. Approve rates for public conveyance, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in regional traffic which are applied.

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of March 19, 2012 No. 170 "About approval of Rates for public conveyance, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in regional traffic", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 for No. 447/20760 (with changes).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Rates for public conveyance, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in regional traffic

I. General provisions

1. These Rates are applied on the rail lines public included in continuous operation within Ukraine.

2. These Rates are applied to calculation of fare of passengers, luggage transport and cargo baggage in cars of the park of Ukrainian Railroad public joint stock company or other subjects of managing transporting in regional traffic.

3. In the fare of passengers in general, couchette, compartment cars with 4-seater compartments and first-class carriages with 2-seater compartments (further - SO) trains of regional traffic according to the Section II of these Rates since October 1, 2018 applies indexation in the amount of 1,12.

The air fare and reserved seats is determined by multiplication of rate (Section II) by the indexation coefficient on the calendar periods specified in the Section V of these Rates.

The air fare and reserved seats on trains, except Intersiti's trains + (further - IS +) which go from the station of forming or turnover on Tuesday and environment (Friday, Sunday), is determined by multiplication of rate (Section II) by indexation coefficient by the calendar periods (Section V) and on coefficient of decrease (increase) of 0,9 (1,1).

The air fare and reserved seats on trains IS +, except cars of 1 class which go from the station of forming or turnover on Thursday and Saturday (Friday, Sunday) is determined by multiplication of rate (Section II) by indexation coefficient by the calendar periods (Section V) and on coefficient of decrease (increase) of 0,9 (1,1).

In case of registration of travel by trains IS +, except cars of 1 class, "there and back", the discount from air fare and reserved seat in the amount of 10 percent is provided.

4. The freight charge of cargo baggage is established with coefficient of indexation 2 to the determined baggage freight charge.

5. If the total weight of cargo baggage exceeds 1000 kg, the freight charge discount in the amount of 20 percent, except lightweight cargo baggage and cabinet furniture is provided (in collected condition).

6. These Rates are determined excluding tax on value added and insurance fee.

7. The air fare in the corporate train (the increased comfort) is established at the level of air fare in the conventional train (Section II). The reserved seat cost in the corporate train (the increased comfort) is determined by multiplication of cost of reserved seat in the conventional train of the corresponding category of the car (Section II) on firmennost coefficient for the train. The coefficient of firmennost can matter for passenger trains (cars) of all categories - from 1,50 to 5,00, except category IS trains + and cars 2 classes of trains IS + - from 1,50 to 10,00.

8. The cargo baggage freight charge in special cars of the park of Ukrainian Railroad public joint stock company or other subjects of managing is established in the amount of 5, 62 UAH for 1 car-kilometer, irrespective of loading of the car.

The freight charge of cars of the passenger park, irrespective of pattern of ownership, in empty condition is established in the amount of 5, 48 UAH for 1 car-kilometer.

9. Fare of passengers in cars 1, of 2, of 3 classes of day of the rapid transit train IS is determined by multiplication of fare respectively in compartment, reserved seat and general cars of the fast train on 1,60 coefficient.

Fare of passengers in the car 2 classes of the rapid transit train IS + is determined by multiplication of fare in couchette car of the fast train on 1,38 coefficient.

10. Fare of passengers in luxury one-seat compartment is determined by multiplication of fare at SV on coefficient of 1,50 of the corresponding type of the train.

11. Fare of passengers in specially equipped compartment - "family" is determined by multiplication of fare in SV on coefficient of 3,00 of the corresponding type of the train.

12. Fare of passengers in cars 1, of 2, of 3 classes of the day trains "Regional Express" is determined by multiplication of fare respectively in compartment, reserved seat and general cars of the fast train on coefficient of 1,20, and in the trains "Night Express" - by multiplication of fare in the car of the corresponding category on 1,20 coefficient.

13. Fare of passengers in cars 1, of 2, of 3 classes of regional trains is determined by rates (Section II) respectively in compartment, reserved seat and general cars of the passenger train.

14. Fare of passengers in trains which do not belong to trains of year-round running (additional trains) is determined by multiplication of fare in the corresponding car on 1,30 coefficient.

15. The freight charge of cars in the special car automobile-carrier is determined by multiplication of the freight charge of cargo baggage by 0,50 coefficient.

16. The freight charge of lightweight baggage (cargo baggage) is established by multiplication of the freight charge of baggage (cargo baggage) by coefficient:

for lightweight baggage (cargo baggage) - 3,00;

for cabinet furniture (in collected condition) - 1,50;

17. Final fare of passengers, luggage transport and cargo baggage is rounded by the following rules:

the amount which comes to an end from 1 to 4 kopeks is rounded towards reduction to the next number terminating on 0;

the amount which comes to an end from 5 to 9 kopeks is rounded towards increase up to the next number terminating on 0.

II. Fare of passengers in trains in regional traffic (except journey between Items of the Kiev railway junction and the station Boryspil airport)
