I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 147 "About approval of Rules of limiting approval of rate for electrical energy and limiting rate for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 10627, published on May 12, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
state heading in the following edition:
"About approval of Rules of limiting approval of rate for electrical energy, limiting rate for the balancing electric power and limiting rate for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of limiting approval of rate for electrical energy, limiting rate for the balancing electric power and limiting rate for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power.";
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2018, except for Items 3, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13 and 14 Rules which become effective since January 1, 2019.";
The rules of limiting approval of rate for electrical energy and limiting rate for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of power industry and coal industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
