About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item and) parts (1) article 26 of the Law on the status of the deputy of Parliament No. 39/1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 201), with subsequent changes, words "The law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005." shall be replaced with words "the legislation on wages system in the budget sphere.".
Art. II. - In part (4) article 21 of the Law on the Constitutional court No. 317/1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 8, Art. 86), with subsequent changes, words "Law on wages system in budget sphere No. 355-XVI from December 23, 2005", shall be replaced with words "the legislation on wages system in the budget sphere,".
Art. III. - In part (1) article 28 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes, words "The law on compensation of judges No. 328 of December 23, 2013." shall be replaced with words "the legislation on wages system in the budget sphere.".
Art. IV. - In Item k) parts (1) Article 13 of Regulations of the Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996 (repeated publication: 2007, No. 50, the Art. 237), with subsequent changes, words "compensations and" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
Art. V. - In the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 65), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
