About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. ZR-5-N "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2008 with Item 24.1 of the following content:
"24. 1) establishes hours of ensuring silence or night rest by persons performing activities in the field of trade and services in the objects performing activities in the field of trade and services in Yerevan in places of their stay (from 22:00 to 7.00, from 23:00 till 7:00 and from 24:00 to 7.00);".
Article 2. To state Item 28 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:
"28) makes the decision on requirements to placement (remoteness) of objects of the services which are subject to restriction in Yerevan;".
Article 3. In Item 1 of part 1 of article 60 of the Law of the word "and household" shall be replaced with words ", household and subject to restriction".
Article 4. To add part 1 of article 60 of the Law with Item 3 following of content:
"3) in the territory of the city of Yerevan grants permission for activities of objects of the services which are subject to restriction (karaoke, disco, striptease club, sauna, bath or steam room).".
1. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.
2. Items 24.1 and 28 of part of 1 Article 12, supplemented by articles 1 and 2 of this Law, become effective for the tenth day after official publication.
