1. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2009 No. 586 "About approval of the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus "Banking activity. Information technologies. Information compatibility program and program technical means of payment system" (TP 2008/009/BY)" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 118, 5/29719).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
