According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 2017 to No. PP-2847 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of financial bodies" and of August 21, 2017 No. PP-3231 "About further enhancement of funding mechanism for educational and medical institutions and systems of the state financial control", I order:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for creation, approval and registration of expense budgets and staff lists of state-financed organizations and receivers of budgetary funds approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 14, 2014 No. 74 (рег. No. 2634, of December 15, 2014) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 51, the Art. 612), according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
