About entering of amendments and changes into the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2016 No. 73
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2016 No. 73 "About approval of the State program about social protection and assistance of employment of the population for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.02. 2016, 5/41675; 29.12. 2016, 5/43125; 21:09. 2017, 5/44181) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in Item 2:
the paragraph of the sixth after words "Ministry of Internal Affairs", "Ministry of Information" and "Ministry of Communications and Informatization" to add respectively with words ", the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities", ", the Ministry of Culture" and ", the Ministry of Sport and tourism";
1.2. in the State program about social protection and assistance of the employment of the population for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:
to add part one of Chapter 1 with the offer of the following content: "The solution of these tasks will promote achievement by the Republic of Belarus of the Sustainable development goals announced by the General Assembly of the United Nations, including on universal poverty eradication in all its forms and to assistance forward, all-embracing and to sustained economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.";
in Chapter 2:
in word part three of "improvement of conditions of labor protection" shall be replaced with words "safety of work, the prevention of disability and rehabilitation of disabled people";
in part six:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"coefficient of frequency of industrial traumatism (coefficient);";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"level of professional incidence (2016-2018), specific weight of workplaces with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions in total quantity of workplaces in the organizations (2019-2020) (as a percentage);";
third of Chapter 4 to state part in the following edition:
"It is supposed to direct to implementation of the State program 2 405 495 108, the 14th ruble, including means of the republican budget - 92 737 347, 81 ruble, from them fund of precautionary (preventive) actions for compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases - 1 935 175 rubles, means of local budgets - 2 096 136 863, 33 rubles, budget funds of fund - 204 136 421 rubles, own means of contractors of actions - 12 484 476 rubles.";
the thirty eighth Chapter 6 to state part in the following edition:
"The forecast amount of necessary financial resources on implementation of actions of the subprogramme 1 according to appendix 3 to the State program will make 204 212 116, the 6th ruble, including means of the republican budget - the 75th 695, the 6th ruble, budget funds of fund - 204 136 421 rubles.";
in Chapter 7:
in part fifteen of the word "and professional incidence" shall be replaced with words "from the death";
third to state the paragraph to part of the seventeenth in the following edition:
"coefficient of frequency of industrial traumatism from the death (coefficient).";
regarding the nineteenth to replace the words "2 430 373 rubles", "518 083 rubles" and "1 912 290 rubles" respectively with the words "2 465 653 rubles", "530 478 rubles" and "1 935 175 rubles";
regarding the twenty first:
word in paragraph one of "target indicator (decrease in industrial traumatism and professional incidence)" shall be replaced with words "target indicators (decrease in quantity of workplaces with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions and coefficient of frequency of industrial traumatism from the death)";
in paragraph three of the word of "officials" shall be replaced with words "officials";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
regarding the nineteenth Chapter 8 of the word "12 045 404 rubles", "9 340 819 rubles" and "2 565 585 rubles" to replace respectively with the words "11 672 919 rubles", "9 194 312 rubles" and "2 339 607 rubles";
in Chapter 9:
regarding the seventeenth to replace the words "29 841 827, ruble", "5 012 738, 13th ruble", "12 344 796, 4 rubles" and "12 484 293 rubles" respectively with the words "28 083 306, 91 rubles", "4 564 162, 51 rubles", "11 196 648, 4 rubles" and "12 322 496 rubles";
part the twentieth after words "Ministry of Internal Affairs", "Ministry of Information" and "Ministry of Communications and Informatization" to add respectively with words ", the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities", ", the Ministry of Culture" and ", the Ministry of Sport and tourism";
in Chapter 10:
in the paragraph the second part six, part eight, part twelve and the paragraph the second the word of "disabled people" to replace parts of the twenty ninth with the word of "citizens";
in the paragraph the second part of the thirtieth of the word "level of providing disabled people" shall be replaced with words "the number of the citizens provided";
regarding thirty third to replace the words "2 140 021 771, 5th ruble", "77 367 782, 2 rubles" and "2 062 631 009, 3 rubles" respectively with the words "2 159 061 112, 63 rubles", "76 968 002, 7th ruble" and "2 082 070 129, 93 rubles";
1.3. to be reworded as follows appendices 1-4 to this State program (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
