1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2015 No. 934 "About determination of licensors in the field of education" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 57-58, 468) the following changes:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine:
1) Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities in the field of education on provision of the higher education in the directions of training, postgraduate education in the directions of training, spiritual education;
2) territorial departments on control in the field of formation of Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan licensors on implementation of licensing of activities in the field of education on provision of primary education, main secondary education, general secondary education, technical and professional education on qualifications, for military, special educational institutions on groups of specialties, postsecondary education on qualifications, for military, special educational institutions on groups of specialties;
3) the state bodies approving licensing for occupation educational activities regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.";

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
