About determination of licensors in the field of education
According to the subitem 2) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine:
1) Committee on quality assurance in the field of science and the higher education of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities in the field of education on provision of the higher education in the directions of training and forms of education, postgraduate education in the directions of training and forms of education;
2) Committee on quality assurance in the field of formation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities in the field of education on provision of spiritual education;
3) territorial departments on quality assurance in the field of formation of Committee on quality assurance in the field of formation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan by licensors on implementation of licensing of activities in the field of education on provision:
primary education;
main secondary education;
general secondary education;
technical and professional education on the specialties included in the register of educational programs for military, special educational institutions on groups of specialties;
postsecondary education on the specialties included in the register of educational programs for military, special educational institutions on groups of specialties;
educational and improving services by the minor;
4) the state bodies approving licensing for occupation educational activities regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
