About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In all text of the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes, the words "The State Agency on Land Relations and the Inventory" shall be replaced with words "The agency of public property" in the corresponding case.
Art. II. - In article 3 of the Law on the state fee No. 1216/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 53-55, 302), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
11) to declare Item invalid;

"1 in case of lack of the specified cost in the register of real estate the standard price of the earth calculated according to the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997, and for other real estate - the real estate value determined according to part is used (5) article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section VI of the Tax code No. 1056/2000.";

Art. III. - In the Law on the state land management, the state land cadastre and monitoring of lands No. 1247/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1992, No. 12, of the Art. 366), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
