For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal base of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of regulation of business activity, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for construction, acceptance and technological accession of small hydroelectric power stations to power networks" of July 28, 2009 No. 476 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for construction, acceptance and technological accession of small hydroelectric power stations to power networks approved by the specified Resolution:
- in Item 12 of Section 3 of the word "The State Agency on Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on ecological and technical safety".
2. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
