Form of the electronic freight bill in civil aviation

1. The electronic freight bill in civil aviation (further - the electronic freight bill) represents the document used for the certificate of the conclusion of the air transport agreement of load in which information on airborne transportation of load is provided in electronic digital form.

2. The electronic freight bill has the following structure:

electronic control coupon;

the receipt on cargo hauling.

3. The electronic freight bill contains the following data:

unique number of the electronic freight bill;

name and (or) code of carrier;

information about the carrier/agent of carrier who drew up the freight bill (the name, legal address);

information about the consignor (if the consignor - physical person: surname, initials, the residential address and contact information specified by the consignor, if the consignor - the legal entity: its name, the address of the legal entity and contact information specified by the consignor);

information about the consignee (if the consignee - physical person: surname, initials, the residential address and contact information specified by the consignor, if the consignee - the legal entity: its name, the address of the legal entity and contact information specified by the consignor);

flight number;

date of flight departure;

name and (or) code of the airport/point of departure;

name and (or) code of airport/destination;

names and (or) codes of airports/Items of transfer;

names and (or) codes of airports/Items of transit;

4. The electronic freight bill may contain the additional information about conditions of airborne transportation, features of servicing of load and other data according to requirements of carrier and/or the consignor in case of accomplishment of airborne transportation.

5. Unique number of the electronic freight bill intended for domestic and international airborne transportations of load contains the three-digital code of carrier and serial number consisting of 8 digits including control discharge - the last digit of number.

In case of absence at carrier of three-digital code of carrier, in case of domestic airborne transportations, and also in case of the international airborne transportations which are carried out according to the charter agreement of the air vehicle, the three-digital code of carrier is replaced with two-symbolical code of carrier.

6. The receipt on cargo hauling is drawn up on paper or goes in electronic form to the consignor / consignee according to the statement for airborne transportation of load.
