Regulations on the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation

I. General provisions

1. 5.2.4. rules of state registration of civil aircrafts, including procedure for drawing the state, registration and accounting identification marks of civil aircrafts and procedure for drawing trademarks on civil aircrafts;

5.2.5. conditions of ensuring responsibility for damnification to the third parties and aircrafts;
