About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs:
1) in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2014 No. 477 "About approval of Regulations on the departments, independent Regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Item 1 11) to exclude the subitem;
to exclude appendix 11 to the specified order.
2) in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 1, 2014 No. 662 "About approval of regulations on departments and territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
add Item 1 with subitem 4-1) of the following content:
"4-1) Regulations on Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 4-1 to this order;";
add with appendix 4-1 according to appendix to this order.
2. To the chairman of Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to take measures for registration of regulations on Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in judicial authorities;
2) to organize studying of provision by staff of Committee and divisions of migratory police of Departments of internal affairs of the cities of Astana, Almaty, areas and on transport and to provide management with them in practical activities;
