The Instruction preamble paragraph two about procedure for production, acquisition, storage, the transportation, use and accounting of explosive materials approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and State inspectorate for supervision of geological studying of subsoil, safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 25, 2005 No. No. 3, 78 (рег. No. 1491 of July 8, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 27, Art. 199), to state in the following edition:
"Action of this Instruction does not extend to the companies, organizations and the organizations of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
