According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 17, 2018 No. UP-5418 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Public Administration by Agricultural and Water Economy" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 17, 2018 No. PP-3671 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of April 17, 2018 No. PP-3672 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. T. Yusupov and the minister of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. R. Hamrayev.

Appendix №1
to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 1, 2018 No. UP-5497
1. In Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 25, 1998 to "The ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words No. UP-2160 "About Additional Measures for Streamlining of Import and Export of Separate Types of Consumer Goods" of the word to "The state committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State inspectorate for quarantine of plants under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. In Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 20, 2002 shall be replaced with words No. UP-3114 "About the Pricing Mechanism on Cotton" of the word of "agricultural and water economy" "agricultural industry".
3. In the Section I of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358 "About Enhancement of System of Republican State Bodies":
a) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
b) add with Item of 31 following contents:
"31. Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
4. In paragraph five of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 29, 2007 "The ministry of agricultural and water economy" shall be replaced with words No. UP-3932 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Meliorative Improvement of Lands" of the word "The Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of water economy".
5. In paragraph one of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 20, 2008 shall be replaced with words No. UP-4041 "About Measures for Optimization of Acreage and Increase in Production of Food Crops" of the word of "agricultural and water economy" "agricultural industry".
6. In Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2011 shall be replaced with words No. UP-4301 "About Measures for Respecting the Rule of Law by Reorganization and Optimization of the Sizes of the Parcels of Land of Farms" of the word of "agricultural and water economy" "agricultural industry".
7. In appendix No. 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 5, 2017 No. UP-5068 "About Creation of Innovative Technopark in Yashnabadsky District of the City of Tashkent":
a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
b) add with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
