About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:
in Article 38:
a) regarding 4 words "Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of internal affairs, foreign affairs and defense";
b) state part 7 in the following edition:
"The electee the candidate who gained over fifty percent of votes from number taken part in elections of the head of the state higher educational institution is considered. If any of candidates did not gain necessary number of votes, repeated vote in which two candidates who got the maximum number of votes participate is taken. The electee the candidate who received over fifty percent of votes from number taken part in repeated vote is considered. The elected candidate is confirmed to the post of the head of the state higher educational institution within ten days from the date of elections by the head of authorized state body to the fields of education. The head of the state higher educational institution having the status "national" affirms the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic within ten days from the date of elections.".

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
