Bring in the Federal Law of November 29, 2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 49, Art. 6422; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7047, 7057; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; No. 49, Art. 6758; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 48, Art. 6165; No. 52, Art. 6955; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1098; No. 49, Art. 6927; 2015, No. 51, Art. 7245; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183; 2017, No. 1, Art. 12; 2018, No. 27, Art. 3947) following changes:
1) in Article 10:
a) word in paragraph one "Insured persons" shall be replaced with words "1. Insured persons";
b) add with part 2 following of content:
"2. The procedure and technique of determination of number of insured persons, including unemployed, for the purpose of forming of the budget of Federal fund, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and budgets of territorial funds are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
