About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of the fourth and fourteenth of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 "About quarantine and protection of plants", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2017 No. 13 "About some questions of quarantine and protection of plants" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.03. 2017, 8/31826) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for accounting of availability of remedies of plants, implementation of actions on the protection of plants approved by this resolution:
add the Instruction with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Ledger maintenance of accounting of receipt expense of remedies of plants is performed on paper or in electronic form.";
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. In case of ledger maintenance of accounting of receipt expense of remedies of plants in electronic form upon termination of the accounting period (calendar year) it shall be removed on paper.
The book of accounting of receipt expense of remedies of plants shall be numbered, strung together and certified by the signature of the owner (owner) of remedies of plants.";
