About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for determination of the property imported by the companies with foreign investments for own production needs

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. PP-3351 "About measures for further liberalization of foreign trade activity and support of subjects of entrepreneurship" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship in the field of foreign economic activity, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for determination of the property imported by the companies with foreign investments for own production needs, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 16, 2011 No. 136 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 5, the Art. 35), according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. S. Otazhonov.

Changes and additions made to Regulations on procedure for determination of the property imported by the companies with foreign investments for own production needs

1. In Item 3:

a) the fourth after the word "document" to add the paragraph with the words "including in electronic form";
