About additional measures for enhancement of the mechanism of carrying out certification of the property imported by the companies with foreign investments for own production needs
In pursuance of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About foreign investments", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 30, 1996 No. UP-1652 "About the Additional Incentives and Privileges Provided to the Companies with Foreign Investments", the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 31, 2015 No. PP-2463 "About measures for optimization of structure and further increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 31, 1998 No. 137 "About additional measures for liberalization of foreign trade activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for certification of the property imported by the companies for own production needs and ensuring uniform application of regulations of the legislation the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of the property imported by the companies with foreign investments for own production needs according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ganiyev E. M.
