About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 6 of the Law on fruit growing No. 728/1996 (repeated publication: 2010, 161), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 52-53, in the following edition:
"Article 6. Import and export of fruit landing material
Import and export of fruit landing material are performed by the business entities registered according to provisions of the Law on seeds No. 68/2013.".
Art. II. - In the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and addition:
1. Part (Article 7 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) In production only the grapes grades brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties and/or in the General catalog of grades of grapes of the European Union (The Common Catalogue of Varieties of Vine) are used.".
2. Part (Article 9 to state 11) in the following edition:
"(11) Import and export of material for reproduction of grapes and grape landing material are performed according to provisions of the Law on seeds No. 68/2013.".
3. Part (Article 10 to add 2) with the words "and/or in the General catalog of grades of grapes of the European Union (The Common Catalogue of Varieties of Vine) ".
4. Item c) parts (Article 36 to state 2) in the following edition:
"c) laying of commodity grape plantings with the grades which are not brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties or in the General catalog of grades of grapes of the European Union (The Common Catalogue of Varieties of Vine) including hybrids of direct producers;".
Art. III. - In the Law on seeds No. 68/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 417), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and addition:
