About modification of the Regulations on the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of October 28, 2016 about abolition of Coordinating committee of transport corridors of the CIS the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of September 18, 2003 according to appendix.
2. Charge to CIS Economic Council to make decisions on modification of the Regulations on the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of September 18, 2003.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol of October 28, 2016 on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the approved development of the international transport corridors passing on the territory of the State Parties of the CIS of November 20, 2009, for the states which signed the Protocol, and for the states joining the Protocol after its entry into force – from the date of accession.
