About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for issue, the address and bond redemption of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of third of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2015 "About the security market" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for issue, the address and bond redemption of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2016 No. 530 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.10.2016, 8/31370), the following changes and amendment:
1.1. to exclude from appendices 1-3 to this Instruction of the word "L. S.";
1.2. in appendix 4 to this Instruction:
shall be replaced with words the words "L. S." "M.P. *****";
add appendix with the interlinear note "*****" of the following content:
"***** The authorized depositary has the right to seal.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
