About change of some resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus
Based on Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. from Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2007 No. 24 "About creation of protocols and hearing of cases about administrative offenses officials of bodies of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and recognition No. 190 which voided the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 1999" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 57, 8/16009; 2010, No. 95, 8/22198; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.11. 2013, 8/28057; 30.04. 2015, 8/29845; 06:03. 8/30730) of figure "11.19," to exclude 2016,;
1.2. in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 No. 18 "About establishment of form of the requirement (instruction) about elimination of violations of the law of the Republic of Belarus about securities" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.04. 2016, 8/30855) of the word of "the requirement (instruction) or rejection of measures to elimination of the violation specified in it" shall be replaced with words "the written requirement (instruction) about elimination of violations or not informing at the scheduled time on execution of the requirement (instruction)".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
