1. Establish form of the requirement (instruction) of elimination of violations of the law of securities according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2011 No. 105 "About establishment of form of the requirement (instruction) about elimination of the violations of the law revealed by results of the cameral inspections which are carried out in case of control and supervision of release, the address and the securities redemption, activities of professional participants of the security market and stock exchanges" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 124, 8/24347).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
