For the purpose of increase in efficiency of carrying out checking of measuring instruments, streamlining of terms and frequency of checking of measuring instruments, fulfillment of requirements of the contractual legal base of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" of September 27, 2012 No. 664 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out checking of measuring instruments in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add preamble with the paragraph of the following content:
"Checking of the measuring instruments made in the territory of EEU concerning which mutual recognition of approval like these measuring instruments according to the rules of recognition of results of works on ensuring unity of measurements approved by the Eurasian economic commission is made is carried out according to the procedure, approved by the Eurasian economic commission.";
- add with Item 14.1 of the following content:
"14.1. When carrying out checking of measuring instruments:
- the procedures of checking specified in checking technique are performed;
