About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part one of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About archiving and clerical work in the Republic of Belarus", parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 42, 8/20434; 2011, No. 123, 8/24338; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2015, 8/29441; 15:01. 2016, 8/30557), following changes:
state Item 117 in the following edition:
"117. Acts (references) of checks are signed according to requirements of the legislation in the field of control (supervising) activities.";
in part one of subitem 139.7 of Item 139 of the word to "the automated system of preschool educational institution" shall be replaced with words "the EXPERT of preschool educational institution";
in Item 146:
in subitem 146.1 of the word "from receipt date" shall be replaced with words "from the date of, the document following behind day of registration in the organization";
in subitem 146.4 "previous" shall be replaced with words the word "the first following behind it";
from Item 186 part three the second offer to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
