About approval of Changes in the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
According to the subitem 6 parts two of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", ORDER to paragraph one of Item of 1 part one of article 255 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of ensuring implementation of measures of response to violations by subjects of managing of the legislation and the legislation in the field of licensing when implementing the types of economic activity which are subject to licensing:
1. Approve Changes in the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 25, 2016 1250, No. 1682/29812, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 22, 2016 which are applied.
2. To department of forming of policy for executive bodies and monitoring under control to the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
